Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment, changing deep fryer oil and washing of dishes.Participate in menu item planning, prep and presentation.Follow standard recipes for food menu and cocktail menu, adjusting only at guests’ requests.Able to maintain team work and complete tasks to assist cart personal and pro shop such as cleaning out trash in carts, answering phones and pulling in carts.Provide guests with a fun, friendly, and helpful experience.The Grill/Cart Attendant is to maintain an attitude of cooperation with all employees, members and guests. The Grill/Cart Attendant at Soboba Springs Golf Course will be responsible for accomplishing unforeseen tasks that relate to assigned functions. The Grill/ Cart attendant is responsible for assisting in servicing the bar area and taking food orders in the bar when needed. The Attendant is responsible for inventory control, cooking/ preparation of all food items and general cash accounting for the grill room on a daily basis. The Grill/Cart Attendant is responsible for service and presentation of all areas of the Grill and Beverage Cart.
